A Last Day of the Year 09..!!!

Today is the last day of this year. !!!

Incidents or events are just passing against my opened eyes. Wow…!!! what a great memory.

I just want to keep this particular part of memory “Year 2009” and copy, burn them on to the disc. So in later years again when I looked back, I can still use this archive.

This year was very happening year. When I looked back and connecting all those dots it shows that at the end of the year I am on other side of the stick. You have changed so much in a year. Just remember yourself when you are in the first month of the year and compare with today, you will see drastic difference. ( Of course in my case you will see physical difference as well because I have gained few Kgs :) :) ). Overall you can see change in your behaviour, thinking pattern and even in writing.

Time is going too fast and things are changing invariably fast.

Many good incidents and many are too bad during this year. At some incidents you want laugh loudly and at some you just want to cry silently. If I sit and write about this year you never know I will end up in small novel.

Many friends and acquaintance come in our life during this whole year. Some stay forever and some take totally different route as well. I just want to thank all those good souls whom I met or acquainted during this wonderful Year 09. Thanks for your guidance, support and moments which you have shared with me and the wonderful experience which I got will definitely help me to enhance or grow myself to the higher extent.

Keeping my finger cross and Let's enter into the New Year. 2010!!!

Hope everything will go well in this upcoming year for all of us.

Happy New Year to all!!

A Trek to Vasota..

Adding one more name in the list of forts which I have visited. This time it is Vasota – situated near Bamnoli Village, in Satara District, Maharashtra.
It is one of the best treks because everything was club together here. This fort is far from Bamnoli village and to reach there you have to go by launch ride in the backwater. Also, this fort is surrounded by the Koyna Sanctuary. So, it’s like adding many adventures together in the single trip – launch ride in the back water, wild life sanctuary visit and Vasota fort visit. The jungle was very dense that even sunlight was not reaching to us during the afternoon. The fort was diminished by the Britishers a long ago; however we could easily spot some of the monuments and wall structure of the forts.

On the journey towards the top of Vasota, we spotted some of the animals and wildlife creatures like– python, scorpion, crabs, common crow butterfly, many other butterflies and many types of wild flowers. We all have experienced adventure and fun/fear due to leeches and while removing them from our legs. They are such a smart creature that you don’t even feel while they are sucking blood from your body and even their presence on your body. You have to put some salt on them to remove them from your skin.
- Leeches gave us a signature/an autograph in the form of a small bite to almost all trekkers, so that you can keep a remembrance of Vasota Fort visit. :) :) :)

Evening Picture - while returning back. More photos are available here.

A Free WILL concept..!!

It is easy to distinguish between a human and an animal. An animal who always works on instincts basis whereas humans have power to think and they gifted with the free Will. Humans take decisions by using their free will power. Actually, the will power has no shape. We give it a shape of either positiveness or negativeness. Humans can either set examples by using this gift in the right direction or can join the group of animals though they are gifted. But this human animal continue to stay with the humans only. Thank GOD..!!!

Independence & Individualism

Independence and Individualism are always in a pair. If you are seeking Individualism then you need a true independence. So that you can come out as Individual rather being an instance of already existing living objects. On the other side, true independence can achieved by being an Individual. Achieving independence is difficult because we all are inter-dependent on each other some or the other way. However, being in inter-dependence state, you can still achieve Individualism and those who can reach that level are actually a true Individual.

Independence for most of us is to have freedom to make our own choices. True Independence includes a "freedom of not to choose" as well. Many times it happens that we don’t have choice of not to choose and we are going with tide. And we still feel that we are independent and made our own choice.

Worry..!!!

"As soon as we get something bigger to worry, then only we leave the existing one..."

Change is inevitable..!!

Someone has truly said,

God grant me

the serenity to accept the things I cannot change;

courage to change the things I can;

and wisdom to know the difference....

Today, my friend got stitches ….!!

Today is very dark day for me, because one of my close friends got a big injury. The cut is very big, so the stitches must require. He is crying and shouting because of the pain due to stitches.

/// Flash back ////

Few years back, I met this friend first time in some store. Very interactive and talkative. I was very happy to meet a friend like him. He is very caring, always be in lighter mood to give a feeling of comfort. In almost all outdoor activities he was with me. He was with me on trekking adventure, camping and jungle adventure and saved me from many obstacles. He helped me to keep the grip while walking on smooth surface and wouldn’t allow me to fall down in any of the trekking. However, I was always missing him in formal occasions because he doesn’t like such occasion. Also, I haven’t forced him to join such kind of occasion.

Few days back we both have registered for the Mumbai marathon and he promised me that we will definitely complete the marathon. But everything is not in our hand. During the last week’s trekking, he got a big injury and I have brought him here for the stitches. He is a wonderful friend and I am offering a prayer to GOD about his better health and quick relief. Who wants to loose such a friend…!!!

///come back ///

Today, my mate is sitting in the laps and shouting due to pain. Now, He is no more in a condition to either walk or run, though after lots of attempt he was saved by cobbler.

While returning home, I am extremely upset about my sport shoe’s health and his life.

Talagad and Ghosalgad Trekking

Talagad and Ghosalgad (the twin forts), we covered in single day. Talagad fort is situated on the bank of the Malati creek (a small stream, often a shallow or intermittent tributary to a river connected to the sea), Ghosalgad is situated between the Sawle Creek and Revdanad creek. The main reason of building these forts are to keep vigil on the invaders, who can get in, through western coastline. In Ghosalgad the point where they keep a watch on this creek is called "Canon Point". We saw an old canon at this point. Also, there is one "Chor darwaja" from where they can get out of the fort when they lost the battle for the fort.

These forts were strategically and amazingly build. It is interesting to know about their existence and story behind it.

Let's respect and preserve our national heritage and glory...!!!

I have captured some photos during this trekking.

You can see the creek in this photograph.

wishful words !!!...when turned into reality...

In my previous post here, I have talked about the unintentional curse. Similarly, we also give wishful words during our conversation. Ofcourse, it is happy moment for us that our wishes are helpful to others to fulfill their dreams. We always try to do that. But little surprising on the other side that our wishful words converted into reality.

A small scenario of my wishful words for others. me and my friend colleague were having conversation about his life’s crucial thing (here some crucial things means which can not possible with efforts, hard work. They need lots blessing and wishes). He is very negative, pessimistic and having uninterested kind of attitude. During the conversation, I have rested him with lots of argument and just give a few words about a must possibility of that thing. When his life changing wish came true just few days back, he was very happy and was telling that your words converted in reality.

On the other side I was wondering about that my words were converted into reality. Being in this science world, we definitely think that it was a co-incidence. But slightly spark will surely happen in back of your mind that might be some person’s wishful words can convert our wish into reality. No wonder that we must be looking for such kind of person and their wishful words.

A humorous part about this incident is that when I told to my friend that my words are not converting my wish into reality. He suggested I should try against mirror and give some wishful words about myself… Not a bad idea !!!.......he he he :) :)

For a Reason, Season or a Lifetime...!!!

People come into your life for a reason, a season or a lifetime.
When you know which one it is,
you will know what to do for that person..

When someone is in your life for a REASON, it is
usually to meet a need you have expressed.
They have come to assist you
through a difficulty, to provide you with guidance and support,
to aid you physically, emotionally or spiritually.
They may seem like a godsend and they are.
They are there for the reason you need them to be.
Then, without any wrongdoing on your part
or at an inconvenient time,
this person will say or do something
to bring the relationship to an end.
Sometimes they die. Sometimes they walk away.
Sometimes they act up and force you to take a stand.
What we must realize is that our need has been met,
our desire fulfilled, their work is done.
The prayer you sent up has been answered and
now it is time to move on.

Some people come into your life for a SEASON,
because your turn has come to share, grow or learn.
They bring you an experience of peace or make you laugh.
They may teach you something you have never done.
They usually give you an unbelievable amount of joy.
Believe it, it is real. But only for a season.

LIFETIME relationships teach you lifetime lessons,
things you must build upon in order
to have a solid emotional foundation.
Your job is to accept the lesson, love the person and put
what you have learned to use in all other
relationships and areas of your life.

It is said that love is blind but friendship is clairvoyant.

Thank you for being a part of my life,
whether you were a reason, a season or a lifetime.

PS: this content is from one of the email (forward), which i got.

Is that a Dignified farewell to Lord Ganesha ..?

Mumbai's most popular festival, Ganesh Chathurthi came to an end onThursday. Several thousands of Ganesh idols were immersed in various beaches in Mumbai. We all are in the celebration mood and worship lord Ganesha with so much devotion but when it comes to bid farewell to the lord, we do all kinds of activity which must be really hurting to the lord.

A pray to lord- we do for peace, prosperity and what not but when it comes to take care of his world we don't even think twice to destroy it. The aftereffect of this festival could be seen in various beaches with piled up Plaster of Paris (POP) idols flowers, cardboards, materials used for puja, plastic bags and litters.

It is here that we like minded people came together to give a helping hand for a dignified farewell to our lord by doing our bit in keeping the Mother Nature clean.

More than 150 enthusiastic employees of my office joined hands with BMC in cleaning Juhu Beach during the morning hours of 4th Sept2009 on working day. Ganesha Idols, non-biodegradable materials, cardboards etc were removed in large quantities by the Volunteers to clean the JUHU beach and contributed our bit under "Save our Beach" campaign.

Things are changing in a year. Last year, i was just putting comments on someone's blog that we shouldn't support Ganpati Visargan activity(or support Eco-friendly Ganpati) and don't not allow anybody to pollute our natural resources. This year, I got a chance to do a bit of action(rather just to comment) to save our beaches. Thank you GOD...!!!

Condition of Ad board on each shop

Travelling is become more exciting when you observe many things and search for the answer of those silly questions.

Few days back, during my bus travel, I was observing on each shop the advertisement boards or shop decorator boards or whatever you called them but you got what I meant. These shops are of different varieties like some are cycle repairers, kiranawala shop, some are small doctor’s clinic, small hotels..etc etc…

I was wondering that “The condition/ status of the advertisement boards (display board) - Do they tell the story about how the shop is doing the business?” It means whether that shop is making profit or loss?

I think they are connected up to certain extent. If you see some of the advertisement boards are quite clean and decorated with lights. They are doing fairly good in business. On the other hand, you can see some are really in a bad condition, you can’t even read the name and they are dull in business too.…

We can't eliminate or avoid exceptional cases...!!!

RajMachi Trek..!!!

An Excellent trek during the monsoon season, though there was muddy roads and lots of hurdles to reach to the top. Discontinuous monsoon shower and passing through many streams with full of water make the trek more adventurous and memorable. All beautiful nature views from the top and touching the cloud or fog was totally enriching experience for all of us. Sitting and relaxing for just one hour on the top (Rajmachi Fort) was such an unforgettable moment that makes us to forget all the pain and tiredness of walking almost 10-12 km each way.

Preservation of forts and old monuments are more important then just enjoying adventure and sharing unforgettable moments. Keep them clean and avoid major distortions to them become extremely necessary because it’s a publicly accessible. We all have collected non-biodegradable materials and garbage on the way back while descending. One of the co-worker - "Basically from US" - also helped us equally in this cause and setting an example that whereever you are.. nature is equally important and precious for all of us.

Saturday Morning Adventure !!!

What a wonderful Saturday morning!!!

Mostly people were bit tired due to heavy work throughout the whole week and just like to stay more into the bed. A similar kind of laziness even I was also having. But On this Saturday morning I was in the jungle.

A nature walk started with chirpy sound of the birds and pleasant wind. We saw a different kinds of buffer fly. Some are sitting on my hand, sticking on my clothes and of course lots of mosquitoes too. (But easily manageable because we have odomus :) ). Saw colorful wild flowers, different kinds of spiders, snails, white water crabs and a venomous snake (bamboo pitt viper)
was really thrilling experience. At a first sight you can’t even spot the snake because its so camouflaged with surrounding green plants.

Everything is perfect here because everything works as per his law.
You can't put into the words that kind of charging experience you will get in the jungle while you are away from the city and their smokes .
Or i would say it will recharge you to survive in the concrete jungle which we have created.

Can Divider shift as per traffic pattern?

Slowly slowly we have connected all villages to the cities. Similarly Metropolitan are expanding in such a fast pace that all surrounding villages are now part of the metropolitan city. If you want to get more oppurnities to work, you should be in metropolitan city that is general mindset which every one has. So that is the reason, Cities like Mumbai have many people coming from all parts of the India.

But these create lots of traffic hurdles, its jamming which is time consuming and a kind of headache which you can’t avoid. But, Infrastructure is not supportive to this growing population of metropolitan. It consumes lot of time while traveling between the sub-urban.

Few days back, when I was travelling between the sub-urban, I was in the auto rickshaw and seeing that one side of the road had lot of traffic and other side of the road had hardly any traffic. So there is traffic pattern take place as per the timing.

I was thinking that if the divider (on the road) can shift as per the timing or as per the traffic pattern then we can add one more lane on the side where traffic is more. So divider can divide the road into 3:1 rather then only in just 2:2.

But in reality its difficult to implement such kind of infrastructure.. Isn't It?....

Visit to Sea Link.. Mumbai..

Reading Economic Times analysis with numbers and figures helps you to imagine that how India is growing. But, if you want to see the actual growth then Sea Link is the best example to help you to compare those numbers with actual reality.

At the first moment, it’s really wondrous to me that such an excellent infrastructure is possible in India. Because I saw couple of links in western country and I thought when are we reaching to this level? But today the day, I can say proudly that we leap much faster and will definitely reach to appropriate level as per our capability.

I would say it is real example of excellent architecture and infrastructure growth in India.
Due to heavy rain, I couldn’t capture it into my camera.

On the contrary side, when I think then we realize that human always did expansion and growth on the cost of losing something which is very invaluable and important. While building such kind of bridge, if you imagine, how many sea creatures had been affected, died because of that. Also, lots of chemicals and lots of hard material dumped into the sea to just realize our dream and make our stand in world class infrastructure.

Till this time, we are limited to land, now we have started penetrating into the sea also.

I have read somewhere that the sea link built to reduce some amount of time while travelling between suburbs. But if you see from the high level perspective then we are actually reducing the amount of time for the calamity to strike on us. Also, we are making that process much faster.

Its already late, Bridge is already up and ready for inauguration.

Su Do Ku - Puzzle

I really enjoy filling Su-Doku Puzzle. It’s really wonderful. Every morning, I do that while reading the news paper.

But one thing I have noticed about this game that whenever you realized that you have made a mistake in the puzzle, you can’t find out at which particular previous step you have made that exactly. Also when you are filling the puzzle in correct manner, you can’t trace the return path until and unless you are keeping a note about your each step. So, when you have made the mistake and also you haven’t kept the note of the previous step, then actually you have to start from the scratch. :) :)

Ohhh… Today, I realized that Su Do Ku puzzle is teaching us some lesson too. :) :) :)

Password Phobias..!!

Have you ever thought how many passwords we are using in our day to day life?

Suppose say you login into the computer, login into the bank account, ATM machine and almost everywhere we need a password.

If you count in a daily basis then average 8-9 passwords we are using.

For me it sometime difficult to remember all those passwords, so I write them in one file and use it whenever requires. Only smart people do that way... :): P

Whenever it expires, we require some special creative skill to think a lot that what will be my next password.

As a human tendency, we usually keep our password with related to someone or with some incidents (of course our birthday is also one incident or an accident: P) i.e. Our father’s name, brother’s name, birthday, anniversary date and with little manipulation.

Also there is constraint like if you have used the password once in a system, sometimes don’t allow you to use it again (depends upon the system). On top of that, we have already tried almost our entire family person’s name for the password (no one left), because no one should feel of injustice.

Here one incident which describes that even password policy makers feeling the same phobia.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Once, I was sitting with my Security Manger. (Security Manager of our Office who’s mainly responsibility to look after the security policy related to computer and media). Suddenly, He forgot his password and asking his colleague that what password he kept it for his machine?

I saw that he is also suffering from the password phobia.

After that, He started criticising about “why too many passwords”?
I wonder because he is the chief in designing the security policy for the organization and asking about his own password to his colleague. : P.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Any how, we all are experiencing this password phobias and some or other way we are managing that.

As we grow in this digital world, security is the one major aspect which we mainly have to focus. We will get little relaxation when the movie like Minority Report becomes actual reality where everything is accessible through your eyes or finger print as a password.

Random thoughts...

Today early morning I have started writing on some topic with all my supportive thoughts. Suddenly, one thought passed through my mind that “how others will look at this thought?”

I have observed many times that when it happens, your writing is become really uninteresting and monotonous. Actually it’s very disturbing and pressurizing you, so I was searching for the answer that why it is happening like that.

What I can understand, it is just because you consciously putting your efforts for an ostentation. So in this process it’s lost its creative touch.

Because of that your writing turns out as an artificial accident and you want everyone to look at that with a great surprise.

World Environment Day (WED)

I was going through my previous posts and I saw that I have covered many occasions and religious festivals where we were celebrating them with our family and friends or in public.

Today also some particular day. Every newspaper, news channel and even many emails has been broadcasted to people telling significance of this day.

While writing this post, I am very much confusing that weather it’s a day of celebration or its day of sorrow. Of Course it’s not a death day or birth day of any big saint or Mahatma or freedom fighter.

Today it’s 5th June “World Environment Day”. The theme for WED 2009 is 'Your Planet Needs You-Unite to Combat Climate Change'.

Everybody has heard about the climate change on some or other way. But we all are confused that what we can do. Actually, everyone knows that what they should do for saving energy, saving water, to save trees, to save wild life and many more things. – But everyone is waiting for others to initiate.

There are many preachers around the world. Let’s not target to preach the reader in this post but at least you should know how we are harming our planet one or other way in our daily life.

Below are some of my observation that I would like to share with you.
  • In the canteen, all are happily eating “Chicken Liver Masala.” – I was bit worried about my Liver – because when there will be no chicken around then they will start eating human's Liver.
  • People are cutting trees on the “World Environment Day” itself. -- They don’t have any kind of shame that they can atleast keep holiday on this particular day.
  • Someone said if we will not use the plastic bags then we have to throw the plastic bags into the dustbins which are already produced…. what a wonderful thought.
  • Someone said “I will plant few more trees. Right now let me use the Paper Napkin.”
  • Someone said that my New Year resolution is to use public transport while going to office – But they didn’t tell that they are considering Auto rickshaw and Taxi into the public transport.

Like this there are many other incidents you can observe in your day to day life.

So, you can contribute in this global fight against climate change by just making small change in your life style.

Actually, telling about global warming and climate change is never ending story, but I will summarize here by asking only 3 questions which might ignite the fire in you.

If not earth…. Where?

If not now….. When?

If not you…....Who?

Is Everything Written....?

Why we believe,it's already written;
Why we accept, it’s as per written;

Why can’t we change, which is written;
Why don’t we know in advance, what is written;

Why everyone keep saying,everything is written;
Why can't we write, before someone says, it’s written;

Eachtime Birthday turned into “HappyWala”..!!!

If you have ever observed than you all agree that your birth day will become always “Happy Wala”.

Whatever situation or crisis you might be on that day, everything will go in extra-ordinary fashion.

Why?

Some of my illogical views.. .. !!!

--> You are internally feeling happy and little proud that you as in Mr. “xyz” was born in this world with all virtue.
--> All others (friends, foes, boss and colleagues) will make you feel happy on that day, as they will allow you to live one day very happily. Internally they might murmur that we will settle everything in rest 364 days. :P
--> Of course you are distributing the sweets or Chocks which might make them to speak very softly and gently :) :) :)
--> Also, I feel that they don’t want anything bad will touch you on that particular day, and they are expecting the same from you on their birthdays'. (What a mutual co-ordination…!!! :) :) :)

As a greedier creature it we think, it is very small bargain to give sweets and chocolates to everyone on each day if they will keep the same atmosphere throughout the year...... he he he he :P

Frequency matching…& tuning...!!!

In today’s tech savvy world everyone is looking for the frequency matching. Most of them will think that if the frequency is matched then and then viable communication is possible. And of course I can’t deny this fact – proof is available in physics.

As a communication engineer I have seen many devices which can generate or capable of generating any kind of frequency. They are the kind of all rounder and their gamut is much higher than what we can think of. In other words they can adjust with everyone in this world because they know how to tune their own self for error free communication.

Now a day, this word has acquired some different avenue all together. Sometime people have start using this as a replaceable to matrimonial match.

Don’t get surprise if you start seeing the frequency number on the matrimonial add and saying “Contact only if you can match the frequency.” :) :)

This is just a kind of correlation which everyone can think of. But it’s difficult for those who can generate any kind of frequency. Because sometime, tuning time can be the matter of selection (MOS). :) :) :)

Be ready with your frequency number (those who are eligible), it is as similar as knowing your blood group.....!!!

All of a sudden...got my Question's Answer !!!

In a dark room, with the confused mind, sitting on the balcony, looking at the sunset, many thoughts were running here and there at the light speed or even more than that.

To whom I should ask the question and where I will get the correct answer. Also, I was looking for the motivation/inspiration and many more mixed feelings in lower layer of my mind.

Rapidly, the darkness increasing in the surrondings and also in my mind's thoughts. Suddenly, the light turned on in our neighbour’s flat. That broke my concentration and the flow of my thoughts.

I saw one poster on the wall of my neighbour’s room with the one nice Quote on it. After reading that quote, somehow I got all my answer.

What a wonderful coincident? I was thinking that how come my neighbour knows about my questions, also on top of that how come they know about the answer. :) :) :)

But actually speaking, nature/environment have all the answers. We just need to ask them and some or other way(direct or indirectly) they will show you the right path.

PS: Let me be specific here. We can see only poster of our neighbour’s room. Nothing else. :P

Finding Resemblance...!!!

Transactions are created similar to our birth on this earth.

They pass through the different state of life as and when the events entered into their life. As per the events,it can bring many more happiness or may be timeouts and resets.

In real life, till the end we don’t know what state are we in, But you can easily find out the state in the world of Transactions…

Bantu observed Bribery in train...!!!

I am introducing the new character called Bantu. This is one of his real life incidents.

His travel was planned well in advance but he hasn’t booked the ticket thinking that “He will get the ticket very easily”. But your luck will not be in your favour every time because it’s luck. :) :)

With the waiting ticket, he got into the train and standing on the connection of the two bogies of the train. Thinking that today he has to go the whole way by standing like this. And suddenly the Ticket checker of the train for that particular bogie came.

Bantu asked him that “Is there any seat available? My ticket is in waiting list.”
TC replied:” No sir...!”
Then Bantu asked “Dekhona sir… if any cancellation of tickets…”
TC replied: “Then… you have to give me 200 bugs”

He suddenly got a jerk. He hasn’t meant in that direction. What is this? He thought that government has just increased 80% (biggest rise which he ever saw in the government job) rise into their salary and still this bugger asking for more money.

Even He saw many people giving him money to get the seat. He thought that there is no active law (of course a passive one is there) placed for this bribery happening in train. Even the police man who were there to save any accident which may happened in to the train were also part of this wonderful bribe game.

Bantu didn’t take the seat and sitting somewhere and thinking. Below is the thought running in his mind.
{

Don’t you think so that we are the biggest culprit to make this system really worse just for the sake of our flexibility and selfish advantages?

The whole night he was thinking about how we can fight against this. He recalled the movie called “Hindustani”. In that movie, a freedom fighter was killing both persons – “the one who is asking for bribe and the one who is offering bribe”.

Later on He thinks that it is not the practical solution. So, what can you do?

Then he realized that next time he has to book his ticket well in advance. So that he will easily get rid of this kind of thoughts or incidents. – Mostly all Indian ends up thinking like this.

}
What else we can do..?
This is one more incident I can add in my post “Have to be an Indian while you are in India”.

Languages are on the verge of Extinction...!!!

English is very important for communication, but lets not neglect the below facts.

“At least 3000 languages out of more than 6000 in the world are on the verge of disappearance. It is predicted by the year 2050, 90 percent of human languages will disappear from the earth”.

Mostly we all are moving towards international languages because of our work, Internet and Globalization which is happening. We shouldn’t stop communicating or using our native or regional languages. They are the identity of our culture heritage and customs.

Another fact is “UN has registered more then 6000 languages but half of them are spoken by only 10,000 persons and one fourth of them spoken by 1,000 persons. Our India (which has great linguistic diversity) is at the top in the list of countries having maximum number of dialects on the verge of extinctions. UNESCO has listed 196 languages of India as endangered.”

Thinking about other countries (Japan, China) that they force their people to develop everything and make available everything in their own languages, India should take some stand like this.

Many species are getting extinct because of global warming, but languages are on the verge extinction because of globalisation something new which I come to know today.

Source for the facts mentioned above are from “Times of India”

Have to be an Indian when you are in India

You are right..!! I am not exploring about the Indian nationality and their laws. My intent here is when you are staying in India, you have to adhere the characteristics of the Indian otherwise its difficult to live a life in India.

Below are the some of my observation :) :)

Most of them are interested in other’s life rather than thinking about their own life. Thanks to those prime time serials and their stories.

Can’t stop talking about the big ideas about the country and their improvement but when their responsibility come then they become invisible. Truly shown in movie “Mr India”

They will not forget to talk about and do celebration about their fellow Indian who achieved new heights in some other countries and took the pride that he or she was an Indian. But if you check about their nationality record, long back they have removed their name from Indian nationality and haven’t looked back.

“Let’s do a bit for environment and wild life conservation”. They do the discussion on such kind of topics sitting into the Air conditions conference room and also to attend this discussion they are coming into their own fabulous cars.

People are very religious in India and ready to fight for the religions. Even they are very keen to show that their customs and rituals are the highest in the world.

Many of them spent money eating in the big hotels. After that they order 60Rs Pan Masala for their own mouth fresheners but they resist in giving 10 bugs to the beggar who has not having anything since morning.

People play lots of wrong tricks to save their income tax and at the dinner table the same people discuss that government is not doing anything. Also, they are not at all interested in casting their votes!!!

If you are not interested in cricket then may be you will feel that you are out of caste sometime.

Most of them don’t know how to store the number in the phone directory but carrying black berry is their own way of showing fashion. They really don’t know what their need is. :) :) :)

If you think about daily problem then you really have to spend more energy for getting into the train or bus rather than working into the office; I think it is just your own will that will help you to get into the train or bus.

For them or rather for us (I would say) emotions are more important then the actual reality.

Lastly but the most important, you will find many such blogs saying many things about India and Indians. Actually speaking things are changing gradually. We are annoyed because the pace is very slow.
By the way I forgot to tell you that “INDIA is GREAT” -- It’s very important.

Assumptions...!!!

Facts + Assumption = Conclusion.

Facts are already present in this world. We can’t question them and we just have to accept them. To reach the conclusion, the only variable parameter in above equation is Assumption.

This equation is also applicable in our day to day life. You can see that we are living with lots of assumption. Actually speaking we can’t live without assumptions. Of course, out of which some are really true and lead to the right conclusion. On the other side, the ones which are not true might lead you in deep valley sometime.

But the important point which I would like to point out is the assumption should be your own. You shouldn’t flow with other’s assumption. While flowing with your own assumptions,my opinion is you will learn a lot…!!!!

Enemy’s enemy is our friend …!!!

Is that really true…?

We heard this dialogue many times in our everyday conversation, also sometime in the movie, drama and all.

In general, we take time to build a trust on someone or relationship with someone. But when the situation arises as the above dialogue describe, somehow we will start feeling trust when we meet enemy’s enemy. We never scrutinize them as we usually did while making trust on others. We feel some kind of attachment and without reluctant we start sharing many things. We somehow feel that someone is there in our legion to support us in a war against our enemy.

We always look for the shelter and support when we are in deep trouble but it’s not true that every shelter is genuine and trustworthy.

It’s not always true that “Enemy’s Enemy is our friend…!”

RoadSide Ring walah....

Few days back, on the Footpath, I encountered one Ringwala on my way towards office, who was selling fortune rings, He was claiming that all his rings can change fortune and help in increasing your wealth.

Actually speaking, I don't believe in all those things but with curiosity, I went there and started hearing his conversation very carefully. Whoever interested has to give their name and birthday, on that basis he was calculating something and selecting one ring from the box. Very interesting...!! That fortune ring cost you Rs 50. I thought very pittance amount to change your fortune… If it’s really true.

Sudden question clicked in my mind and without hesitation I asked Ringwala. “Bhaiya, using this if you can change anyone's future or fortune, why can’t you use one for your own self...” That guy understood my point but he didn't want to argue because he was worried that he might loose his rest of the customers. Even I was also getting late so left the conversation in-between and start walking on my way towards office.

Just giving a thought to this whole incident, you can see that Ringwala is also trying to change his fortune by selling fortune rings to those who do not believe that "change of fortune is in our own hand, not in some ring". Ringwala also knows very well that ring can’t change your fortune and that’s why he is not wearing but just selling them.

sharing the thoughts....

Always in discussion with your friends or in office culture, there are chances that views and opinion will clash. As per my view this should happen because you come to know many more ways how others are looking at that thing.

At times people get so rigid on a particular point because of their ego or sometime due to their self esteem, so that others will come to know what you want to listen as colleague or boss or a friend. As soon as the other person come to know about it, he will only tell you only those things what you want to listen. When this happens, you are become vulnerable. The actuality lost in that case and you end up sometime in a big mess. Becoming so rigid on some points may clear to others that this is the only way other person want everything, so handle him in that direction.

Might be while climbing up the management ladder, you might have to be the person who always tell their own boss that what they want to listen. But while internal ethics come, you realize that you did something very wrong for your own selfishness. On the other side, you end up in a situation that your boss will show a red-eye while you oppose their opinion and show them the actual genuine way. In these circumstances, you might have to look at the situation and hit the ball such that there you will not get caught at the boundary.

This is not true when you are in friend circle. Ensure that you will have a friend who will not give you a biased view. This should be the discriminating factor between the actual real friend and just visitors in your own life.

Would like to know your views on this... :)

Miserable night before the Holi day

I think its too late to say happy Holi but still "Happy Holi" to everyone

Because of some mythology about Holika and Bhkat Prahalad, Holika Pujan has been followed by the people. Holika Pujan takes place on a day before the Holi festival. People light bonfire to celebrate the victory of "good" over "bad". Another purpose is to burn all your impurities from your body and make yourself pure to live healthy and wonderful life ahead.

The actual motive behind writing this blog is little different. Let’s see the actual reality on that night before the Holi festival.

When I was walking towards home after my office hours, I saw in each and every building premises, people were lighting woods. I saw that this bonfire will stay long as they had made thick layer using lots of woods. People were really happy by doing all this worships and Pujas around this bonfire.

By seeing all this, in a little frustrating mood I have reached home. After sometime when I was planning to go to bed, I had opened my window. Just shocked..!!! So much smoke was in the air on both the side of my flat. This smoke was because of (Holika) bonfire on both side of my building. All smoke was coming into my room and spreading all over as fan was running. Immediately, I closed the window. Because of this smoke, it was really difficult for me to sleep and get the proper oxygen. It was really a miserable night a dramatic sleep in this smoky environment.

I was just thinking that why people become so blind to follow the rituals. In madness of following these simple rituals, they cut many trees and used tons of woods in bonfire. Why can't they gathered at one place and do whatever Puja and worship, if they can't live without it. They are just not seeing the future in the madness of following this kind of rituals. I really have a doubt that GOD has ordered them to follow all these rituals.

Global warming...

I don't have to say anything, below image saying many more things...

The Camp @ Mahuli…..contd...

Little afraid thinking that what I will do there as I am not knowing anyone. As we gathered at the station, I got the idea that nobody knew each-other. I think co-ordinators had planned in such a manner that no group will be there. So everyone get a chance to know each other and make new friends. Thanks a lot to them.

Let me describe the activity in day by day…

First day: After getting down at Assagaon station, they have arranged the open Auto rickshaw to take us to the base village Mahuli, almost 15 km away from the station. A wonderful ride, I can say on the odd-even road giving you a massage on your butts. J After reaching there, I saw all around, there are a temple and a small house. I thought how do we manage here? We put our luggage in the temple than there was icebreaking round - very boring actually speaking. I thought why I am here..? How will I spend my three day here..? Almost everyone has a same thought; I came to know when we were talking to each other.

But from the next hour the adventure began. We all have been divided into the teams (Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, Delta, Echo, Fox) and I am a Bravo. Then there is a treasure hunt game. We have to solve clues and that clue’s answer with the co-ordinator and they are out in the jungle. You have to find them and get the correct answer so you will get another clue. A wonderful game, scorch all our energy while running in the heat. After that, a brief lecture-baji on the nature, moutaining and how to manage safety and security of your own self – of course it’s boring but very informative. In the evening, we built our tents as we have to stay in tents. First time I came to know how to build a tent.

On that day, we went into the jungle to collect Lakdis (not ladkis) and then we made Birbal’s khichadi (as we don’t have anything to cover our pan) J . Excellent but fearful jungle ride at midnight after eating self made khichadi.
Day was good but very hectic and tiresome.

Second Day: we woke up around 4:30 in the morning, that really gave me a feeling that I was somewhere in Military camp. We have to fetch the water out from the well and complete your day to day activity. J. Totally new experience.

Then actual adventure begins by travelling almost few km in jungle – Rappelling and Rock climbing. Of course initially there was a fear but after I was in everything was really adventurous. I really enjoyed it.

At the end of the day, they arranged a documentary movie – which is quite boring and I was in half sleeping mode.

Third Day: 26th January- Republican day. In the morning, at breakfast, everybody greeted each other HAPPY REPUBLICAN DAY. Again the adventure began at around 6 in the morning. There is first photo in the last blog which was our destination and we were planning to reach there by 9. Of course it’s a tough ride by passing through all the rocks and climbing up without any support. A wonderful nature walk.

After reaching there, we did national flag ceremony with our national anthem. Different experience altogether, when you were doing all these in the jungle, away from the city life. Then we did conservation activity like - Fort conservation, Graffiti cleaning, Making a path to give direction towards Fort. Also did some environmental activity like Garbage collection, tree plantation – awesome experience - where IT professional having a habit to work in plush offices now they all are working with villagers in the burning heat.

Many more things you can learn from the Nature and this way camping out in Jungle. Participation in this kind of activity sometime gives you an immense satisfaction.

Might be we are not doing many things but a little foot-step of everyone towards this kind of conservation activity may end up creating a drastic positive change in the environment.

Leadership shifts in family...!!

Our father and mother are the leader at different zones of our family life and social life.

Will it be good if leadership shifted to their children as and when they grow and mature?

I think it should. Actually parents are ready to release some power and give their children leadership responsibilities. There are few reasons behind that which I am seeing. Parents definitely want their family to walk with the new generations or on the footstep of it, adopt new ideas and sometime new cultures. It is not so easy for them to acquire all those new trends very easily, as they are feeling quite comfortable with the old ones. But they don’t want to force their children to follow these ancient ones because of they are feeling comfortable. Also may be at this age, they can’t reveal much things which is happening in this world when we compare with their energetic daughters and sons. Of course, son and daughter should be equally responsible that they should walk on the right path and lead their family in proper direction.

In this course of action many pros and cons can also happen. So they can keep the veto power with them to utilize whenever they find a need of it.

Seems like its a "Har Ghar ki kahani…:)”

Excellent leadership – vibrant Gujarat

Keeping the track on the country’s economy and progress is one of the important tasks, which everyone should do. Because that will give you true picture of our progress. Also gives you all signs of how our leaders are handling our economy and country.

If we see state-wise economy then Gujarat is vibrating extra ordinarily. I can say it’s a best example that shows that how leader can make the difference. Putting Gujarat on top in every aspect, the leader shows his revolutionary attitude. The main focus is to try to maintain a balance between poor and rich. The leader wants this vibration to reach every corner of the country and world. I wish this information create little stimulation in everyone to find out what is happening in Gujarat.
Hats off to you… Mr. Leader.

Here I would like to touch a very important point. You can make the difference
by electing an appropriate leader in democracy. That is shown by Gujaratis and also in recent election in Delhi, J&K. It could be any party leader we don't care. So, spent some time, do analysis about the leader and leadership. Also, Media can contribute tremendously in this. One is like, they can arrange the debate session between the party leaders that mainly focus on what are their strategies to solve our problems. In United States there are many debate session arranged prior to election among the opposite party leaders. So, people than understand their strategy and way of thinking.

This is our country or state, so choose the right driver who can drive it properly without any or minimal accident. Democracy has a tremendous power but to realize it, everyone has to contribute in the right manner. Don't forget that we are the world's largest democracy. To prove that we are the world’s largest alive democracy, country election is on the way. Start analysis and please vote.

Feedback based architecture

Problem solving in already designed software architecture is very interesting but why the problem arises at the first place. Why can’t we design an architecture which will not create any problem at all in later stage? (Is that possible?). I have gone through only few designs but the best example is the world’s architecture which was designed by GOD.

What a wonderful architecture…!!! GOD has considered everything and all kind of requirement which objects (creature) needed. In this system, objects live a wonderful life and also create its own system with beautiful architecture (system inside the system). Objects will help, love, enjoy and fight with each-other. Even they produced new object with all inheritance properties. Sometime they fight on one day and meet again on the next day. Also, in this they get the feel of every kind of emotion – happiness and sadness.

Question should arise here that than what makes these objects to behave out of their way. Do they have something which is extreme or may be lack of something? --All live objects have basic understanding and GOD allows them to do whatever they want with their own discretion. The grey area here is object don’t know in which way they are expanding their understanding. It’s like beforehand we don’t know exactly what is right for us or what is wrong for us. But when we see the result and we realize, build our experience and grow our understanding. (Very ambiguous) That is also based on our understanding of the result. So everything is interdependence and feedback based.

May be that is why, the system is in uncontrollable situation due to this objects? Now, if in God’s system there are no patching/adding of new components than how this uncontrollable situation is handled.

God has given enough properties to the objects to bring this system in proper place. It can be considered as another feature of the system that it cures its malign part without any external help (no patches from external entity). Its feedback based architecture. So, the problem which arose in this architecture can be solved by the objects itself using feedback mechanism.

Let’s assume that object doesn’t want this system to be crashed. But everyone has not the ability to see that positive and negative feedback and utilizes it. Difficult job I can say…!! Possible solution is that those objects who understood can help the other in understanding the feedback. Because, we/objects only bring back this system to balance state....

On given chance, I would like to use this funda in our designing approaches by giving power to the object to bring back system in proper place…:)

Our small concerning world

Sometime identification of the people on the basis of their nature and for Indians emotions matter most. I think we can't deny this fact. It is quite true that we adopted e-mail and e-commerce little later but we invented e-motions far ahead than rest of the world. :)

Concerning for others contribute a bigger slice in the pie of emotions. If you further expand this "others" than it include your parents, brothers, sisters, cousins and all blood relatives. Further on it also includes our friends - for them concern is generated automatically. Also we can divide this "concern for others" mainly in two categories - selfish (covered major portion) and selfless.

I don't know how to remove selfish concern or may be haven't reach to that level to think in that direction.

Little deep thinking in selfless concerning. Definitely people don't expect the acknowledgement or return on investment (share market terminology) if they fall in this category. In this category, if the person would at least like to know that to whom the person is concerned so much is at least not discarding or avoiding that concern. Will that be count as a part of selfish concerning?

Sometime you’re in blocking state and you are not in position to proceed further than you will see around for the good thinkers and expect their answers... :)

Know your tendency and use it

If you know what is your tendency than it helps you to proceed in life with the tide rather than going against the tide. Many times we do analysis that what we like and dislike. On that basis many times we end up in defining/redefining our destiny. If you define your destiny keeping in mind of your tendency than may be you don’t have to change your destiny so often. But it is difficult to understand your own tendency. Many have tendency to solve the problem, to find a problem etc. It may possible that what you like to do and your tendency are totally different. Than you have to choose among them.
My view is to go with your tendency. It may happen that things which you like are just a kind of attraction or impression and only last for few years. But if you go with your tendency then you are actually going with your basic nature and that helps you to remove many obstacles from your path.

Would like to know others view on this …. :)

Happy New Year ...!!!

Wish you a very Happy New year to all of you. Giving you good wishes that you will move towards your dreams to realize them.

Another year completed….!!! At the last day of the year, we always realize that life is going little faster. On this day we remembered all things which happened in this whole year. We cherish all our happy and sad memories we also decide something that in this coming year we will do this and will not do this. May be I can say we keep resolutions.

In this, most of the people keep it for their personal betterment. Let’s do something new in this year. I will not pledge anybody to do this or do that because it should be their own choice. But I would like to say that everyone should keep some resolution to save our environment. Few days back, I had visited Ananda Valley. There, I met one old age person who has impressed me like anything. He had done something very admirable things in that Ananda valley. But he said one wonderful thing “if you want to save the environment, don’t go into villages and don’t work for NGOs. Just work where you are”- meaning is that you can do lot of things in your daily life or may be through your hobbies. He gave an example of how he is saving the petrol by using public transport though he can afford a fantastic car. By considering his example, I think that I can go to office by bus rather than auto-rickshaw. Also putting a full-stop on my go-carting hobby. It is just adding pollution in the air for the sake of my hobby and happiness which is sometime meaningless.

Let’s do something which makes difference rather than just keep saying “Save environment”. Now actually we don’t have any choices. It’s necessary that everyone should have at least one resolution to save our environment because only good environment gives you good health and good life.

Once again Happy New year to all of you and wish you all the best for this coming year 2009. Enjoy….!!!
