machines without emotions..!!!

Machines are developed to reduce human efforts in every possible way. But what is the use if it can't pass on our emotions or feelings. That led us in chaos when we totally rely on these machines. Many such incidents happen in our daily life and we end in many unusual situations. This thought has reminded me a film which I have seen few years back "iRobot". In this film, they have shown that Robots took every work of individuals in this world and later on due to some complication they were started ruling on Human. The root cause of such disaster shown in the film was they don't have emotions and it’s difficult to put it in them.

we don't know may be one day we will develop such machine which convert our emotions and feelings in zeros & ones and pass on to others through some media devices....!!!

How can I?

He showed me the facts,
Now he says, live in myths,
How can I?
He gave me consciousness,
Now he says, be unconscious,
How can I?
He taught me to go by Intuition,
Now he says, don’t believe in it,
How can I?
He gave me intelligence,
Now he says, behave like a dumb,
How can I?
He filled me with courage,
Now he says, avoid taking risk,
How can I?
He taught me to love,
Now he wants to put hatred in me
How can I?
He gave me everlasting memory,
Now he says, forget everything,
How can I?
He made me to attach with one and all,
Now he wants me to let it go,
How can I?

Then
I aksed, why did you give me so much?
he said (with total peace) , all this with the intension of taking it back.

Assumption & Belief

Practical experience and incidents some times reinforce our assumptions and we start considering them as our belief or as our strong feeling. After that any similar incident happened we use the same learning and become more cautious.

Here, I just try to make out one point that we should keep our mind open to change the assumption which we already converted into belief. Because sometime our assumption are wrong and co-incidently some situation made us to convert them into belief in the past. But, its era of constant change.Keeplooking and keep investigating. Every other thing in this world is different in different situation. Before generalizing anything or applying our experienced notions, just check that weather its applicable in this situation or not. Don’t hesitate in changing your own belief or don’t feel insecure if something goes wrong against your own firm belief. Just accept it. It takes very deep analysis and thinking to generalize something and apply it to every situation.We can't generalize so easily.

Method is more important than the result..

When we were in a school, parents taught us that every puzzle or sum you solve in a mathematics paper, your method has to be correct. Even if you don’t get the right answer because of some silly mistake, your teacher will give you some partial marks because you have chosen the right method.

Same is equally applicable in our life. Sometime we don’t get the desired result what we want, but our method of putting efforts is correct, then some way or other, we will get the benefit out of it.

Parent’s nurturing is not restricted only just to solve the mathematics paper but to solve the puzzle of our life. They put such methodology in us during our childhood which helps us through out our life.

PS: I am so dumb, that I understood such things very late.

what is true Identity?

Few days back, I attended a lecture on Cosmos and the Universe. One of the most important things which I observed during lecture was that every scientific name which Professor was explaining was given on the basis of characteristic and behaviour of things. So the name itself was telling a very good story around it.

Suddenly I got (or rather caught) a thought, why can’t we give a name to human beings on the basis of their behaviour/nature or on their personality. It will surely be helpful for everyone to understand the other person just by knowing the name. Of course, it will difficult if there are multiple people with same personality but we can manage it by attaching the number at the last. Also we need to wait till the person grow up and we recognize his/her parameters.

I was just thinking what would be my name in that case. :) :) (Let's not discuss !!)

Every idea has one or two points which always resist you in implementation. (I seriously hate them…!!) Here in this case, what if the person changes his personality or basic nature over a period of time? Who will judge this? Also, the person needs to be agreed on his/her changes. I have seen that people gradually change with very little slope. So they don’t recognize the change very easily. If somebody tells them that you have changed, then they always ready with the answer, “I was like that only earlier” – even if the change is negative to positive.

So, I have no choice left before declaring my idea is actually fall under flop category. We can’t use above naming convention for mass of people where people are changing at every moment but very gradually.

However, our UID project will definitely help us as we are identifying the people based on number – a just 12 digit number. It is very long to remember, isn’t it?

I hope this complex 12 digit numbers will help us in true identification. As we all are holding many identities to recognize one individual person : Ration Card identity, Vote identity card, Passport, PAN Card, Driving licence, Phone number, Roll number in school, Employee No in Office, Bank account number in Bank and now this list has one more, a new Unique Identity Number.

It does not matter even if the person change his/her personality, behaviour or nature over a period of time. You will only be recognized based on this UID (Unique Identity Number). (At least in this life.)

I am very happy and waiting for rollout of UID all across my country.

A best usage of Wish for Reincarnation..!!!

Global Warming – a catastrophically event – which is taking place across the world with a very slow speed unlike the other disasters – they usually happen in fraction of second. There are many sceptical views about its effects and its results caused by human activities. There are many parameters which are contributing – rising temperature, deforestation, animals- birds’ species extinction, melting glaciers and many more things. They are all connected with each other directly or indirectly with human activities. On the other side, if you see human population is growing with very rapid pace. Lot of other Species are getting extinct in the same pace. (Assume that number living beings on planet earth are constant)

Reincarnation – the word we must come across in many places - in novels, movies and in our Shastras/Puranas. There is a famous mythological story says that after we die, the soul will be placed into another living being and will born again in this world according to their karma. I have also heard or read that before transforming them into another living being, they have to appear against the GOD and GOD will ask about their wish “What they want to become in this new upcoming life?” This is true, not only for human but it is applicable to each and every living being on the Planet earth.

Two different thought processes when they combine the circuit completes and lights a bulb. We have tendency to always complete our deficit from the place where supply is in abundance. It is all about the Economy- supply and demand. Based on this theory, my thinking has shown some conclusion.

As growing facilities and extra ordinary usage of science innovation, human life has improved to such a great extent that the living being other than human wants to become Human. “How that is possible? Only One way...!” They can put their wishes against GOD when reincarnation is taking place. Because of this, human are growing day by day and animals are getting extinct.

But in Human also, there are few intelligent folks do care about the Planet Earth. They know that if all the animal or species will get extinct with time, the human will not be survived. So they started lot of activities to stop this extinction of animals. But they are not getting success. The only way they can reduce the effect is by using that wish for reincarnation which GOD has given to every living being. They have to make sure that when they will die, they must ask that they don’t want to born has human being again, but they want born as one of the extinct species on planet Earth. That way we can keep the count in control for every living being on planet earth.

I have decided, I just want to born as a Tiger in my next life..!!!

Those who supports the fight for Global Warming, they need to find out about the extinct species and choose their next life reincarnation. !!!

Excerpt from book "Eat Pray Love", which has explained a true logic which is applicable to our lives.

Learning from our Heart..

Because of our gifted free Will-power, human must be continuously in learning state. Formal learning happens in schools and colleges for every one. We mostly learn from the books or surroundings/environments (nature as well as interaction with other humans). It is also fact that there are certain people who stopped there learning after certain age or may be some don't have choice.

There are certain things which are not written in the books or may be you will not find in experience. Because, they may be difficult to describe or express in words. You will get such lessons of learning from your heart. We just need to listen it very carefully and silently. It’s actually a great teacher as well as great preacher. These learnings from heart is different for person to person and depends on his/her present condition. But it is definitely sure that the road these heart will lead you, will end only at one place for everyone.

Supernovae and stars explosions..

We human are very eager that we want to know everything. Like if something happens at lower layer of the earth or massive explosion happens a far away in our galaxy as well as in other galaxies.

Today, luckily got a chance to listen one of the scientists from TIFR (Tata Institutes of Fundamental Research) talking about the Supernova, Gamma rays and from born of the stars to their end of life. Some of the interesting facts, which I got to know from this lecture just putting hereby.

Stars are born with the Hydrogen gas in the universe due to pressure and gravitation forces. Later on they converted in to Helium and at the end when they are about to explode they have Iron atoms. When they explode, the amount of lights radiate out of its nucleus will go to very far distance - may be many million light years. The most interesting fact which amazed me a lot is that the supernovas are major contributors to human bodies. The iron and calcium in our blood and bones respectively are it’s because of this massive explosions happens in universe.

For a human, it is most lucky chance to get to watch the supernova happening. Actually, we can predict when a particular star will die and can plan to see the supernova. But if the calculation of this prediction has even a small error then this error has a span of almost 10,000 years here and there..!!! There are some lucky scientist who got to see the supernova happening somewhere in Southern Hemisphere.

Explosions are happening millions of light years away from here in the galaxy and human are building theories about them just sitting hereby based on some equations and logics. No wonders that in a few decades you will hear that people are going to mars for holidays because of these scientists.

Incident had begun like this…..
The person was new to city. He had called his relative and asked couple of landmarks and the information about the road he should take to reach their home. The city has minimal public transport service, so person has no choice and took Auto rickshaw.

The person asked that Auto-Richshaw guy: Do you know this address?
Auto-rickshaw guy: Yes sir I know very well…
(The person trusted him and took the auto. In hardly 15 minutes, the Auto guy took him to the right place as per the address.)

Auto-rickshaw guy: Sir, 165 Rs?
The person: (Surprisingly…)... Travelling for 15 minutes, you are charging 165 Rs. Show me your meter?

Auto-rickshaw guy: Ohhh sir!!! My meter is not showing correct reading..!!! (The meter is showing 0:65 and he was claming 1:65. That means, if 1:65 then, we have travelled 16 Km so far.)

The person: Then, how will I trust you? Do you have meter card? Show me…!!!
Auto-rickshaw guy: No Sir, I don’t have meter card. (In which for every reading, there is translation given. Reading <-> Rs)

The person: I will not pay you money until you show me the card.
Auto-rickshaw guy: Ohhh!! Okie give me 155 Rs.

The person: I will not pay. You fist show me the card.
Auto-rickshaw guy: Okie sir... Give me 135 Rs.

The person: No No..!! You ask other Auto-Driver and get the card. I will not pay without seeing the meter card.
Auto-rickshaw guy: Okie sir... Pay at least 115 Rs.

The person: (Interesting ... From 165 to 115) I will call the police if you are not showing the card. Auto-rickshaw guy: Okie sir... Pay at least 95 Rs.

The person: (The person has a side thought that this guy is telling truth, may be he is not having a meter card. But let’s try one more time). Wait…!! Let me call that other Auto-Rickshaw driver. He must be having a meter card.

Auto-rickshaw guy: Okie sir, Wait Sir…!!! I have a card.
(He has produced the card from his own pocket only. It is showing just 55 Rs for the reading)
The Person: Has given 60 Rs and ask 5 Rs back.

Auto-rickshaw guy: Sir... I don’t have a change.
The Person: Wait...!! I will give you the change. I will not give you single extra penny as you lied so much.

The person reached to his relative’s house. He has inquired about Auto Fair for the distance he was travelled. The person was right and he has given the right amount to the Auto Wala. Auto driver was actually lying about the meter that it was not showing correct reading.

Sometime, we have also encounter the situation about bargaining for Auto-fair. Isn’t it a ridiculous that before getting into Auto-rickshaw, you have to bargain for the auto-fair? How is it possible for the person who is new in the city? He is just keeping trust on the Auto-rickshaw driver and taken his service. Every Auto-rickshaw has been provided with meter, which shows actual distance covered by them and we have to pay the fair according. Why do we require to do bargain for this? This creates the space for cheating. Either they cheat you or you will cheat them. Because of this, sometimes people ended up in un-safe environment.

On the other side, you can’t force honesty to everyone. That is impossible. We don’t have control to other’s mind. Sowhat we can do is to make machine which will do this task. Sothat, both (service provider and service user) will trust on machine.

But, such incidents shows that they overcome all these machine inventions and make you feel that "sometime, some Innovation are not so Complete".

Ecology Vs Economy..!!

Intentionally, I have chosen the title like this. Actually In past, it wasn't like Ecology Vs Economy. They were cohesive and going together. Now they are against each other. Looking at today's scenario It seems like that only.

Everybody is so involved in controlling the Economy in someway or somehow. Food inflation or lot of other things become pain area for those who leave below poverty line. Headlines are full of controlling some economic fundamentals like Repo rate/Reverse Repo rate and all other controlling factor. We might end of controlling some parameters but the basic and fundamental parameters are of Ecology. If we don't control them or maintain them, these vague initiatives will help us up to some extent but not more then that.

Are we improving in terms of amount of rain happened in the area where last time there is not single drop? I don't think so. No Economy budget has care about it. They are not a part of budget, so why do we care so much? Yeah, they are linked for very minute duration to just playing futures and derivative option on the amount of rain fall will happen this time or not? Nobody care why it has not happen and where it has not happened?? I think the amount investment require to support and maintain Ecology should be much higher then any growth or progress we would like to implement in our country. Though it may slowdown our Economy may be a percent or two, but that at least make our fundamental of Ecology will be so strong that we can resist against any kind of recession or Economical disasters in the future.. !!!

when we look back..!!!

It happens that when we look back on our life's incidents, sometime they made us laugh because it looks now to us as a stupidity and feel happy too. But at the time of incidents we are so into it that we don't know that we are doing stupidity...!!!

But now we are laghing on it and remembering them as happy event of life. May be because, we have grown upto new level and maximize our awareness about things. Infact we have progressed and matured in our life so that treat everything with their exact/due weightage.

Interesting..!! we laugh on our past life as if it is our stupidity.. and in present we feel that we have progressed ..... +ve thinking.. !!! :):)

Amorphous problem...!!

Sometime the problem has no shape. It will come to you in any undefine/random shape. Just make sure that we are not addicted to solve those problem which has only friendly shape.

observation on sharing..!!!

Just few days back, two friends were talking with each other. Though they are very close but few things they haven't shared with each other.

Suddenly one day, one friend has shared one problem with other. He was explaining that to his friend in detail. As a co-incidence other friend was also facing the same problem. So, He had also shared the problem to him after the first one has completed. After that they both were giving support to each other to fight with that problem.

But the main observation part is here that, if the other person is facing the same problem as what we are facing then out of no reason we are happy to share our part of problem as well. I don't know why? It may be true that because we understand the pain how much we feel due to the problem and expect that the opposite person will also understand that. Somehow, we human creates good bonding when we are passing through the similar kind of pain. Though sharing helps us many times, but we always think before we share. But in this case, I feel that we don't think much - of course that's the one is my observation. It may be true or false...!!!

Trekking to Harishchandragad

I have heard many times from my trekking friends about Harishchandragad. Really wanted to go for trekking to this Fort and luckily last weekend I got that chance. Harishchandragad is the hill fort in Ahmednagar Region. It is on the route of Malshej Ghat.

Monsoon has just started and we were expecting that during our trekking. Rain while trekking, it was an amazing experience. It’s kind of someone has open the natural shower from the sky. On top, it was a really pleasant atmosphere and full of silence – very peaceful. We have stayed in the caves for a night. That experience was also amazing. You don’t have electricity, no light, no fan, and no bed – :) :).

There are many places to visit when you reach to the top. There is an ancient Harishchandreshwar temple. Then we have visited KonkanKada cliff– this place is incredibly good. The view from KonkanKada was really breathtaking. It is an almost 4000 ft vertical rock wall for almost half a kilometer long.. You can see from the photo that while clouds were approaching this cliff and rain from the cloud in the valley. From here you can also spot lots of peaks and other mountains. On the second day, we climbed for Taramati – the second top most peak in Maharashtra. A walk through the misty jungle and climbing towards top was very adventurous. From the top, we can view the Naneghat and other forts as well.

Interesting forts and their history, it was worth to know and worth to visit. Life is kind of perfect here. One can definitely say – everything is pure – No artificial thing. :) :)

twist and turns..!!!

Sometimes, life takes different turns and twists. As our human nature, we try to predict/calculate those turns or prepare plan to ready for such turns or twist which we can imagine. But sometimes, these turns/twists are beyond our imagination.... :)

clarifications..!!!

Darkness is always considered to be a part of mystery and light is considered as a source for awareness.

Actually, there is no term called darkness. It is just an absence of light. There are many such things which you can relate like this and define on the basis of absence of some substance.

Similarly, there is nothing called undue attachment. It is just an absence of due attachment. You can’t detach yourself from some thoughts or events. You just have to attach yourself to the right source, so that rest of the things will fall in bucket of due attachment. The right source is nothing but a divine.

My life is a very small part to understand his logic. On top of that, I am trying totally reverse way to derive that equation.
Ofcourse, some time that equation fits in our input-output thinking. So we think that we have got the equations. But the same equation will not fit in many other conditions.

Looking from the top, it helps you to figure it out where we are heading or we are stuck. That’s why usually make high level design of any plan. But have you ever tried to see your life incidents and accidents from the top? If you see them, you can create a wonderful pattern out of it and you can define such pattern. Most of the time, we have question that why certain incident happened or why this particular event has happened. Every time we build our experience around that. As you persist with this experience, you will get to know from certain signs that what event is going to happen in a near future. With your experience, you can derive some logic which has actually no equation. I know it’s very mysterious but here we are trying to derive the equation from the event and its outcome. It’s totally reverse way. We are trying to understand his steps. It’s like before seeing movie, why we can not tell about the end of the story?

Of course we can’t forget at the end, he is also intending that we understand that movie..!!

Adventure in the city..!!!

Mostly we conclude that we have seen the city after traveling “CityDarshan” tour. In such tours, we usually covered the places which has only have fame, lots of popularity and plenty of people. Out of which, many things are really good and have lots of history behind it. But during such a high level city trip, we lost so many more important monuments , many places which has given tremendous impact on history and some of them has changed the direction of history as well. If you really want to find out such things than you have to do lots of Google for such places (Most of them are not even available on Internet) or hear from your Grandpa/Grandma who are staying into such cities or read in some history books and then locate such place.

People like me who are so crazy, but lazy, in doing such a big process and still want to visit such places, then you have to participate in adventure race which has a coverage area around the city and solve clues about such places. Yes, you are correct.!!! The game has a coverage area of city limit of Mumbai. Do you believe that?....!!! The game has everything. You will have adventure, thrilled, excitement and knowledge. You will come to know about the places which even Mumbaikar has hardly visited in their entire life. You will come to know about history of such places, locate them and on top of that you will capture a photograph with them.

The game name is Great Urban Mumbai Adventure Race (G.U.M.A.R). This is only for the my organization's associates and has been arranged by adventure group which is running inside the organization to give OOC (Out of cubicle experience). During the race, for the whole day you and your team run behind solving the clues, asking people about the places, traveling from one end of the city to another end and if you locate them finally, then you can enjoy/visit such wonderful places which got hide due to city modernization.

As per my view, every city should have such kind of race so that people can participate and locate each and every small places,monuments,museum and visit them, as they solve the given clues. In this process, we will know about the history and understand our responsibility towards this historical monuments/buildings and keep their importance at the same level as they have taken it in the history of the city.

Shivtirth RajGadh trekking

Rajgadh was the first capital of Shivaji Maharaj’s Swarajya situated at almost 4400 ft. It has wonderful architecture like an eagle with its wing. The wings (Suvela machi and Sanjeevani Machi) have double fortification and they used to keep the eye on the enemies or intruders. One of the best things which I like about this trekking adventure is that it has rock patch and after climbing for few hours you can reach to the top which is Bali killa. It is the base camp of this fort at the top where Rajwada used to stay during the Swarajya.

The sun which coming out of the Mountains in the morning and during the evening it hides himself behind the mountains was really fascinating to see. As we are leaving behind so much pollution, sky was very clear with wonderful view. From the top, we are able to spot Torna Fort, RaiGadh Fort and SinhaGadh Fort. Interesting fact is that during their time, they usually communicate through some notification in the air – no mobile at those eras. :)
In the night, sky is very clear and you can spot many star patterns in the sky. Star gazing is another area which we have explored here but need some experts who know more about it. Life is quite wonderful and peaceful at this place though you are not getting all kind of comforts – not even a pure drinking water. But sometime we should have out of our Comfort Zone experience.

At last but very important, when people like us visit such forts, we also take us plastics and glass bottles and many more things with us. "Carrying them with us it will not harm, but leaving behind them its also not fair". We (trekkers) did conservation activity to cleanup the forts and surrounding areas to preserve fortification for longer period. We have collected the garbage, plastics and glasses and bring them to city for recycling.

Adventure and picnic is for our refreshment and enjoyment. By throwing garbage, we are losing such forts and places day by day. These forts have great architectures and monuments of our history. You can’t preserve them than at least don’t contribute in destroy them.

Preserve our National Heritage and Safeguard it..!!!

Our mind and Processors..!!!

Processor has wonderful mechanism which I came to know few days back.

Processor never know which is the right path in the code, so it picks up any one of the option (path) and go till it decides that this is wrong path. After that it starts moving on to the right path. At same time it stores selection of the wrong path as information. Processor has wasted almost 20-22 execution cycles behind that wrong path but now it’s on the right path. But, next time when the processor is standing at options to decide, it predicts as per the information it has and try to minimize its own mistakes of selection.

It seems that it is very similar to how our mind works….!!

Find what you love to do...!!!

How do you find what you love to do ..?

As per my opinion the most difficult question to answer. People spent out their whole life in finding the answer, if they are looking for it. But once you get the answer you need to protect it. You should not change your opinion by just getting an initial failure on it or may be due to others opinion on it. You should have tremendous amount of faith in it.

Another way of finding what you love to do, if you love that thing you will not think at all about its failure. You will keep finding the new ways to do the same thing again and again even if you are failing at every corner. You will have internal faith for it. You will not regret on your efforts if it fails at one point in time, because you love what you do.

If you love to do something, you will never feel competition from other people. You never look at it as competition at all. You will keep enhancing it to better and better.

The most important thing is "Find what you love to do".

Keep looking..!! You will definitely find some day.

Don't settle till you find what you love to do..!!!

Mumbai Marathon 2010..!!!

Staying in Mumbai and not participating in Mumbai Marathon is missing something very important event.

Mumbai marathon has some different motive like to support the cause and raise charity for humanity and mankind. Many public and private sector companies, corporate people, NGOs, school children are all together to cheer, to support and to raise charity fund through this event and make it more success. Different types of costumes and hoarding, message boards to pass on the message and make the atmosphere with lot of colours. The environment is so energetic, positive and full of enthusiasm. Everyone - people who are in 90's to the children of 10-12 years of age - have participated in this event.

PS: this year i have completed dream run successfully (ofcourse by running), next year target is to complete the Half Marathon.. :)

Train Journey with Healthy people..!!!

Some time practical experience of life will put you in a condition to innovate the things in the right direction or may be pass some electrons to your bulb which help to generate the ideas.

India has the 2nd or may be 3rd largest train network in the world. Maximum people prefer train traveling as it is easy, comfortable and accessible almost everywhere. Many things you can observe during the train journey as from different culture people are traveling with you. You can do reservation for the seat in the train well in advance say almost 2 months. In the reservation (sitting train) coach sometimes the sitting arrangement are such that in a single seat 3 people has accommodated. While reserving the seat you never know that what will be the healthy condition of the co- travelers who has reserve the seat. If you lucky then on the day of traveling, these co-travelers are so healthy that they give you a feeling of becoming a middle layer of sandwich.... :)

In the reservation form, they are asking about the preference of the seat so that you can choose the option. Don't you think so that they should also ask about some mandatory parameter as well which measures person's healthy nature. I am sure it will definitely help “Railway Reservation Board” in arranging the people very well and also accommodating more people in the train...

Sometimes size also does matter.. :)

PS: "Healthy" is the word used here for person who has crossed upper limit of overweight. :)

Day by day, Life is becoming object oriented...!!!
