sharing the thoughts....

Always in discussion with your friends or in office culture, there are chances that views and opinion will clash. As per my view this should happen because you come to know many more ways how others are looking at that thing.

At times people get so rigid on a particular point because of their ego or sometime due to their self esteem, so that others will come to know what you want to listen as colleague or boss or a friend. As soon as the other person come to know about it, he will only tell you only those things what you want to listen. When this happens, you are become vulnerable. The actuality lost in that case and you end up sometime in a big mess. Becoming so rigid on some points may clear to others that this is the only way other person want everything, so handle him in that direction.

Might be while climbing up the management ladder, you might have to be the person who always tell their own boss that what they want to listen. But while internal ethics come, you realize that you did something very wrong for your own selfishness. On the other side, you end up in a situation that your boss will show a red-eye while you oppose their opinion and show them the actual genuine way. In these circumstances, you might have to look at the situation and hit the ball such that there you will not get caught at the boundary.

This is not true when you are in friend circle. Ensure that you will have a friend who will not give you a biased view. This should be the discriminating factor between the actual real friend and just visitors in your own life.

Would like to know your views on this... :)
