When an unknown person smiles at you, what makes you smile back?
It happens that sometime at workplace you have a big argument with your boss regarding work assignment etc... The similar is happened with me few days back. After this predicament, I was marching towards home with disgruntle mind which was still thinking about all those contentious argument. Suddenly I had an eye contact with someone and that person smiled. :) I forgot everything and just smiled back. Immediately, I looked at the sideways to make sure that the person smiled at me and not at someone else. Thank God…. no one was around :). Than, I tried to recall the face as if I have a good memory power. But after few attempts, I concluded that I didn’t know that person. Suddenly, something twinkles in my mind that what does that make me smile back at unknown person as I was actually in very anguish mood.
May be we always looking for cheerful and jovial moments. As soon as we saw it, we forget all our worries, miseries and start cherishing into it.
So Keep Smiling…!!!! :)

smiling face makes one unconsciously think 1) the person is friendly and brings comfort along 2)that the other person is not harmful in some way.. and hence brings a we respond to that person a smile ( my guess)

Smile is a curve that put all problems straight,which has its own value...One simple smile makes so many things easy.
Smile is just like a silent word, it says a lot…
Even if you do not know the person, you can easily exchange it. It is the beginning of any communication. It makes other person comfortable to initiate a conversation.
It gives not only the first impression about the person; but also, sometimes it is a deciding factor of an attitude of the person. Smiling face is always welcome.
Sometimes it says “Yes” i.e. acceptance of the fact, sometimes it is the way to greet a person. For a sales person, it is a key to sell his products; sometimes it works as a best gift to someone! Sometimes it is used as a make-up for hiding pain & tears in Life!
So Keep Smiling Always!!

a smile gets a smile, a frown gets an ignorance.....
but not all smiles are true and hence not worth responding too, and this decision is very well made by our mind

@Hitesh: Agreed. But little ambiguity that decision(weather to respond or not) has been taken by mind or heart. :)
For a known person the decision is mostly made from the heart; but if an unknown person smiles/frowns at you ..no way your heart is gonna respond it will surely be your mind ...try it
